Read price in the right customer context
List price says nothing about account pricing, discount, terms, currency, limits or campaign conditions. The WhatsApp result must be verified from the authorised source for that customer.

Separate a quote from an order
Sending a quote is not order approval. If validity, delivery assumptions and explicit customer approval are unclear, no posting to the source system begins.

Give follow-up an owner
An unanswered quote should not become a random reminder sequence. Value, timing, customer history and sales ownership should create a visible follow-up task for the right person.
