- No public, detailed Wolvox API documentation was found, so the access route is determined in a preliminary call, based on the documentation provided by AKINSOFT or your reseller and on your licence.
- Using the SDK or an API may require a separate activation from AKINSOFT's Licence department; its scope should be confirmed with the vendor or your reseller.
- The SDK article covers Wolvox 8-9; WOLVOX26 may need separate documentation. A current, licensed version may be required.
- WebConnect is AKINSOFT's own web and mobile access solution, not a developer API; the route may also differ depending on a Firebird or MSSQL installation.

How to connect Akınsoft to WhatsApp.

Identify version and database
Find out from the Control Panel whether you use Wolvox 8, 9 or WOLVOX26, and whether the database is Firebird or MSSQL. Note the server details.

Determine the access route
We speak with AKINSOFT or your reseller to clarify the SDK (XML) or, if available, WolvoxApi option. Which route is open in your licence is confirmed at this stage.

Set up read permissions
A separate Wolvox user that sees only the relevant modules is defined. The connection is tested in a test company, checking customer, stock and order samples.
- 04
Go live
The connection is opened on a current, licensed version, and server access is restricted by firewall. Read queries are enabled first; write actions are added later, if permitted.

01What is the route for pulling Wolvox data for WhatsApp?
The route documented in AKINSOFT's knowledge base is the Wolvox SDK (XML). WolvoxApi appears only in a third-party source, so which one is open in your licence should be confirmed with AKINSOFT or your reseller.
02Is a separate licence needed for the Wolvox SDK?
According to AKINSOFT's knowledge base, SDK licence activation should be requested from the Licence department before use. Technical support is also stated to be limited.
03Is WebConnect an API?
No. WebConnect is AKINSOFT's solution for web and mobile access to Wolvox ERP data; the sources do not describe it as a developer API.
04Which database does Wolvox use?
AKINSOFT documentation describes a Firebird-based installation, with referral to customer services for MSSQL-based setups. Whether direct database access is supported could not be verified.
05What if Akınsoft is offline or slow?
The customer is told that the information is not available right now and the conversation is handed to your team. No answer is made up from old data.
06How long does setup take?
A single flow (for example stock and price enquiries) is usually live within days; wider setups are added step by step. Setup is remote, anywhere in Turkey.
