02Are orders entered in the software without approval?
Only if you want them to. You can require every order to be approved by your sales team first, and it is saved to your software after approval.
03Can there be more than one warehouse or company?
Yes. Warehouses and companies are set up during setup; stock is read from the correct warehouse.
