What can be asked on WhatsApp

  • Customer accounts and balances
  • Stock cards and stock quantities
  • Invoices
  • Report outputs
  • Records in accounting, CRM, project and HR modules (depending on module license)

Access paths

  • REST web serviceDİA exposes some of its functions as a JSON-based web service, allowing data to be read and reports to be called. A session is opened first, then calls carry the company and period codes.Requires an API key issued by DİA and a user authorized to call web services.
  • Module servicesModule-based list services cover records such as customer accounts, stock cards and invoices. Reporting services can return ready-made report outputs.Use depends on the licensed modules and user permissions.
  • Test toolThe DİA Web Service Test Tool lets you try services without writing code. It suits validating read queries before going live.

Worth knowing

  • The API key is issued by DİA; application and fee terms should be confirmed with the vendor or your reseller.
  • Service calls are deducted from a counter (credit) account; the cost of heavy querying should be confirmed with DİA.
  • Each service needs its own user permission; a separate read-only web service user is recommended.
  • On-premise availability could not be verified; the deployment model should be confirmed with the vendor or your reseller.
How-to

How to connect DİA Bulut ERP to WhatsApp.

  1. 01

    Server and company details

Together we identify the DİA server code, company and period codes, and licensed modules. Branch and warehouse details come from the company detail screen.

  2. 02

    Choose the access route

We select the web service route DİA provides. This requires requesting an API key from DİA.

  3. 03

    Permissions and testing

A separate read-only user is defined with access to only the required services. Customer and invoice list services are tried with the test tool.

  4. 04

    Go live

A flow is built that reuses the session and avoids unnecessary calls. If the user has allowed IPs, we confirm the server address is on the list.

The most common questions about setup, software and security.

Can’t find your answer?Write to us and we will reply the same day. Contact us
01Can I ask for customer balances and invoices from DİA over WhatsApp?

DİA offers customer account and invoice listing as web services. The WhatsApp side is built as a separate layer that calls them. What can be queried depends on user permissions and licensed modules.

02How do I get an API key for DİA?

The API key is issued by DİA and requested with an application stating the purpose of use. Talk to DİA or your reseller about the process and fees.

03Why does DİA need company and period codes?

Most services ask for the company and period codes along with the session. If they are wrong, the query returns data from the wrong company or period, so we verify them together during setup.

04Does calling DİA services cost anything?

The documentation states that each call is deducted from a counter account. Current pricing could not be verified, so confirm it with the vendor or your reseller; the flow is built to avoid unnecessary calls.

05What if DİA Bulut ERP is offline or slow?

The customer is told that the information is not available right now and the conversation is handed to your team. No answer is made up from old data.

06How long does setup take?

A single flow (for example stock and price enquiries) is usually live within days; wider setups are added step by step. Setup is remote, anywhere in Turkey.
