01Is my data copied to Meta Reva?
No. Your data stays in your software; only the information needed for each question is queried live. No copy of your database is kept.
02Can a customer see someone else’s information?
No. People are recognised by their phone number and see only what they are allowed to. An unregistered number cannot reach account, price or order information.
03Does the AI place orders or make changes on its own?
No. A record is created only after the customer confirms within the conversation, and only within the rules you set. Anything outside the rules or unclear is handed to your team.
04Can I keep using my software?
Yes. Your team keeps working in it exactly as before; Meta Reva only connects the WhatsApp side. There is nothing new to learn.
05Do you need to visit us for the setup?
No. Connection, rules and testing are done remotely over screen-sharing calls, anywhere in Turkey.
