01Does Nebim V3 have an API for outside systems?
Nebim states that REST API services are offered through Nebim V3 Integrator. Terms of use and access details should be discussed with your Nebim reseller.
02Are Nebim V3 and Nebim ERA the same product?
No. V3 is presented as an on-premises ERP and ERA as a cloud-based platform. We choose the connection path together, based on which one you run.
03Can data be read straight from the database?
Nebim states that import/export through the database is supported. Which tables may be read, and with what permissions, should be confirmed with your reseller.
04Will Nebim updates break the connection?
Nebim says integrations built on its REST API can stay backward compatible across version changes. We still run a short test after every update.
05What if Nebim V3 is offline or slow?
The customer is told that the information is not available right now and the conversation is handed to your team. No answer is made up from old data.
06How long does setup take?
A single flow (for example stock and price enquiries) is usually live within days; wider setups are added step by step. Setup is remote, anywhere in Turkey.
