Identify version and deployment
Confirm whether you use Run, Jump or Fly, and whether your version is v16 or v17. Check whether the program runs on-premise or in the cloud.

Choose the access route
MikroAPI requires an application and an application-specific API key. The product and the purpose of use are stated in the application.

Set up read permissions
A separate Mikro user is created for reading, and first tests run on a test database. We decide together which data can be asked about on WhatsApp.

Go live
Server access and SSL settings are completed with your system administrator. Only read queries are enabled first; write actions are added separately, if permitted.

01Which route is used to query Mikro Jump from WhatsApp?
The publicly documented route is MikroAPI. You apply to Mikro for an application-specific access key, and we clarify the details together in a preliminary call.
02Does the API differ between Run, Jump and Fly?
All three products appear as options on the application form. Because endpoint coverage per product could not be verified, it should be confirmed with the vendor or your reseller.
03Which Mikro version is required?
Mikro's API documentation has separate guidance for v16 and v17. Confirm with Mikro that your version supports the API before applying.
04Can the API be reached from outside in an on-premise setup?
The API runs on the local server, and the system administrator configures SSL and access settings. External access requires a securely designed network setup.
05What if Mikro is offline or slow?
The customer is told that the information is not available right now and the conversation is handed to your team. No answer is made up from old data.
06How long does setup take?
A single flow (for example stock and price enquiries) is usually live within days; wider setups are added step by step. Setup is remote, anywhere in Turkey.
