KVKK information notice for people who contact us by form, WhatsApp or phone: controller, purposes, transfers, retention periods and your rights.

This notice is provided by Meta Reva Ltd. Şti. (“Meta Reva”) as data controller under Article 10 of Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to inform people who contact us through the forms on our website, WhatsApp, telephone or email.

## 2\. Personal data processed

-   **Identity and contact:** name, phone number, email address.
-   **Request details:** the note or request you send us, the page the form was sent from, the date.
-   **Transaction security:** IP address and browser information.
-   **Visit statistics, with your consent:** page viewed, referring site, device type and an anonymous daily visitor code.

## 3\. Purposes

-   Responding to consultation and call-back requests,
-   Identifying the right service for your request and handling quotation processes,
-   Sending an email confirming that your request was received,
-   Keeping the site and forms secure and preventing abuse,
-   With your consent, measuring site use in aggregate and improving the site,
-   Meeting legal obligations and responding to requests from competent authorities.

## 4\. Legal grounds and method of collection

Your data is collected electronically through our website forms, WhatsApp, telephone and email, and processed on the following grounds under Article 5(2) of the KVKK:

-   (c) it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (consultation and quotation),
-   (ç) it is necessary for the data controller to fulfil a legal obligation,
-   (f) it is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (responding to your request, security).

Visit statistics and third-party analytics tools run only with your explicit consent (your cookie choices), which you can withdraw at any time.

## 5\. Transfers

Your data may be shared with our hosting and email providers only to the extent needed to provide the service, and with competent public authorities where required by law. If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, your messages may be processed on servers outside Turkey by Meta Platforms, which provides WhatsApp; this transfer takes place because you chose that channel, within the scope of Article 9 of the KVKK. If you allow “Analytics” in your cookie choices, usage data collected by analytics tools such as Microsoft Clarity, Ahrefs Web Analytics and Yandex Metrica may be transferred to their servers outside Turkey on the basis of your explicit consent (KVKK Article 9).

## 6\. Retention

Form requests are kept for up to 2 years from the request date or, if you become a customer, for the duration of the contract and any legal retention period. IP address and browser information are deleted after 180 days. Expired data is deleted or anonymised.

## 7\. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it is; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it is transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request deletion or destruction under the conditions of the KVKK; to request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred; to object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

## 8\. How to apply

You can send requests about your rights, together with information verifying your identity, by email to [info@metareva.com](mailto:info@metareva.com) or in writing to the address above. Requests are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on their nature.
